Stir Fried Beef with Zha Cai
Ingredients

1 pack (~ 70g) |

Marinade Ingredients

| Soya sauce |
2 teaspoons |
| Olive oil |
1 teaspoon |
| White pepper |
⅛ teaspoon |

Sauce Ingredients
|
| Oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon |
| Corn starch |
1 teaspoon |
| Water |

Directions
- Cut beef across grain into thin slices.
- Marinate beef with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Pre-mix cornstarch and water together and set aside.
- Preheat 1 tsp of olive oil in a wok over high temperature; add in beef and oyster sauce.
- Sauté until beef is half cooked; put in Zha Cai.
- When beef is almost cooked; quickly remix the cornstarch solution and add in.
- Stir fry until beef is cooked and sauce is thick.
