Coca Cola Chicken Wings

Marinade Ingredients

| Soya sauce |

Sauce Ingredients

| Salt |
1 teaspoon |
| White pepper |
⅛ teaspoon |
Directions
- Wash and drain chicken wings.
- Cut ginger into small pieces.
- Wash and drain scallions. Remove the root and cut it into 2 cm sections.
- Fork chicken wings and soak them in marinade ingredients for 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet (one with a cover) and pan-fry wings until both sides are golden.
- Add in marinade sauce, 1 tsp of salt and ⅛ tsp of white pepper. Cook for 2 minutes in high temperature.
- Change to low temperature, cover the skillet and cook for 15 minutes. Flip the wings every 3-4 minutes and keep cover closed (add water if necessary).
- Turn to medium temperature, open the cover and cook for another 5 minutes (until sauce is thick).
